The details, in plain language
- You earn 20% of the eligible first payment collected from each new qualifying subscriber you refer.
- You earn 10% of each eligible renewal payment for as long as that subscription stays continuously active.
- You earn 5% of the collected initial implementation revenue on a business or organizational Soul CARE Hub referral.
- No commission is earned on a free or gift subscription, because no eligible revenue is collected on it.
- Commission is figured on the amount actually collected after customer discounts, excluding sales tax, and without deducting card processing fees.
- Every commission stays pending for 30 days before it becomes payable, to allow for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or reversals.
- You stay attached to the people you refer for the life of their continuously active subscription.
- Customer promotional offers and ambassador commissions are separate. A customer may use only one promotional offer per transaction; offers do not stack.
- Commissions are tracked here and paid manually once per month.
