SoulCARE Rise™ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial. Your 7-day free trial requires no payment method and costs nothing. If you don't choose a plan when your trial ends, you'll simply lose access to paid features — you'll never be charged automatically.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Manage Subscription page. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current paid period, and you will not be billed again. We don't make you call or email anyone to cancel.

Monthly subscriptions. Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Annual subscriptions. If an annual plan isn't right for you, contact us at support@soulcareenterprises.com within 14 days of your annual purchase or renewal for a full refund. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access through the end of your paid year.

Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation), contact us and we'll make it right promptly.
