Journal entries and reflections you save in SoulCARE Rise™ are private to your account. We do not share your personal writing with anyone, and we do not sell your data.
What We Collect
- Your first name, optional last name, and email address.
- Preferences you set (reminder time, voice guidance, faith depth).
- Focus areas you select during onboarding.
- Subscription and billing status (managed by our payments provider).
Not a Clinical Record
SoulCARE Rise™ is not an emergency or clinical record system. Please do not use it to store urgent medical information or to contact a provider in a crisis.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your account requires your email and password.
Your Rights
You may edit or delete your profile information at any time from your profile settings. To fully delete your account, contact us.
