Welcome to SoulCARE Rise™ ("the App"), created by Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. What SoulCARE Rise™ Is

SoulCARE Rise™ is a faith-integrated coaching, education, and self-help tool designed to support your emotional wellness journey. It provides guided writing, coping skills, affirmations, and a six-week healing program.

2. What SoulCARE Rise™ Is Not

The App is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical care, and does not create a counselor–client relationship with Dr. Elizabeth Conerly Smith or with Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. If you need clinical care, please seek a licensed provider in your area.

3. Crisis and Emergencies

If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call or text 988, or call 911. Crisis help is always one tap away in the App.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

5. Subscriptions and Trials

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.

6. Content Ownership

Journal entries and personal reflections you write in the App belong to you. The guided prompts, program content, and brand belong to Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes within the App.
